Building an AI-Literate Institution

Institutions become AI-literate when people, processes and policies evolve together.

The work of building an AI-literate Africa begins with language. People need frameworks that help them ask better questions, see trade-offs and participate with intention.

This is an evolving field, and the most useful response is not to wait for certainty. It is to build the capability to learn, test and adapt.
