Africa Shouldn't Wait for the Future of Work

The future of work is already unevenly distributed. Africa can move from consuming change to designing the institutions that make it useful.

The work of building an AI-literate Africa begins with language. People need frameworks that help them ask better questions, see trade-offs and participate with intention.

This is an evolving field, and the most useful response is not to wait for certainty. It is to build the capability to learn, test and adapt.
